Q:  My computer is running slow, what can I do?

A:  A number of things can cause a computer to run slow:  viruses, failing hardware, mismatched hardware, and more.  We offer free diagnostics and have a NO FIX - NO FEE policy, so give us a call to arrange getting your computer diagnosed. Often times we can do the diagnostics remotely! It is best to address problems like this before they get worse (a hard drive failure means complete data loss!).

Q: Does ITX Hawaii work on Apple computers?

A:  Yes!  We work on Apple computers!  Our technicians have thorough knowledge and experience repairing both Windows, Apple, and even Linux systems.

Q: You have worked on my computer remotely before, can you access my computer at any time?

A:  No. When doing remote work for the average customer it is a one time connection and we cannot access your computer unless you open our remote support program and provide us with the randomly generated login codes. Some business customers specifically request that we be able to access their computers at any time to make maintainance and tech support easier, in which case the customer grants us permission and assists in setting up the connection. Generally speaking, for the home user, there is no need for his and we ensure that no one can access your computer without your permission, period.

Q: I just got my computer back from your ITX Hawaii, and it’s running great, but I have some questions... can you help?

Q: We have a full time IT person, but we are looking to make a change, can you help?

A: This is a very common question. IT outsourcing is very common. Sometimes one person cannot fufill all of your IT needs and bringing in someone that is more experienced in a certain area can really make a big difference in your business. Other times after everything is up and running having a full time IT person is no longer required as they are being under utilized.

In any scenario... we can help. We strongly believe in the old saying "jack of all trades, but a master of none," which is wh ywe employ experts in various fields of IT to ensure you get the best service possible.

Q: I really like the service provided by ITX Hawaii and want to do more business with you, but require a service not listed. Do you have any recommendations?

A: Often times there is no job we will not take on if we know we can do it. We have done everything from electrical work to custom PCM tuning on a customers car. Often times our personal hobbies and passion for further education lead us to aquire experience in many different fields. If we cannot do the job, chances are we can find someone that can do it, with a level of professionalism you are used to receiving from us.

Q: Do you stand behind your work.

A:  Absolutely. We guarantee all of the work we do.

The most common concern is hardware. All new hardware comes with a factory warranty. We only use top quality parts in order to minimize 'Dead on Arrival' events, and that the parts outlast their warranty. We feel that reguardless of warranty, downtime is our biggest concern. For example. geting your hard drive replaced under a factory warranty is to be expectedt, but that often means 3+ days to the factory, a few days of processing (minimum), and 3+ days for the new drive.

To further to prevent downtime, we stock many common parts and will replace the broken part with one we have in stock, if possible.

In any event, should a part go bad, we will take care of the headache of dealing with returning and replacing the part so that you, the customer, does not have to waste precious time jumping through hoops and dealing with rude customer service agents.
